Our Warranty Policy

365 Day Warranty

Little Landings prioritizes the quality and safety of our products for your home and children. We are proud to provide a 365 day limited warranty on defective products. This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose. Damages or defects resulting from the following circumstances are not covered under the warranty-

  • Accidents such as staining, soiling, puncturing or cutting
  • Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
  • Damage caused by pets
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods/materials

If you believe you have received a defective product, please immediately discontinue use of the product and contact us to submit a warranty claim. Please send the following information to our Customer Care team at support@littlelandings.com.

  • Your original order number (If you received the item as a gift, please provide the name and/or email address of the gift giver)
  • A photo of the described issue
  • Confirmation of your shipping address
  • If filing a play mat warranty, please include the number of tiles affected

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.

Amazing mat !

This play mat is an essential in my home! I have hardwood flooring so having it makes it so easy to do tummy time or any sort of play time with my baby so much easier. I even love the pattern, it looks nice in the home especially if it’s left out! So many people thought it was a decor item haha !

Perfect Mat

Love the Eden mat. It’s a soft yet sturdy baby play mat. I appreciate the sophisticated design pattern too. The tiles snapped together quickly and break apart for easy storage. Our grandchild loves it too! Definitely buying as a baby gift for a friend.

Affordable and Baby Safe

We love the Eden mat and our little girl does too! It's so affordable AND baby safe which is hard to come by... The cute flowery pattern goes perfectly with our nursery theme.

Beautiful Mat, Perfect for Tummy Time

We're really happy with the 6x6 shoreline mat! We decorated the nursery with whales and nautical decor, so the shoreline looks super cute in there! Our baby boy has been crushing it with tummy time on the mat. It's easy to clean so also good for a quick diaper change, or swaddle.

Absolutely love this play mat for my little one!

This is a perfect safe, stylish, and easy-to-clean play mat for my newborn. The EVA foam material is super soft and cushiony, great for tummy time and playtime. The mat is water-resistant and wipes clean easily, making it ideal for messy eaters and little spills.

The neutral colors and designs are also gorgeous and fit seamlessly with our nursery decor. My wife is obsessed with the design and I love knowing it is safe for my daughter to explore.
