Little Landings 365-Day Warranty Policy
Manufacturing defects, including film separation from the foam tile surface. If your mat has a defect that affects its safety or integrity under normal use, we'll make it right.
What isn't covered
— Accidental damage (staining, soiling, puncturing, cutting)
— Damage caused by heavy furniture or equipment
— Damage caused by pets
— Damage from improper cleaning methods or materials
How to submit a warranty claim
If you believe your product is defective, immediately discontinue use and email our Customer Care team at support@littlelandings.com with the following:
— Your original order number (for gifts, the gift giver's name or email)
— A photo of the issue
— Confirmation of your shipping address
— For play mat claims: the number of tiles affected
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receiving it to be eligible for a replacement.
What does the Little Landings warranty cover?
The Little Landings 365-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, pet damage, damage from heavy furniture, or improper cleaning.
How long is the Little Landings warranty?
365 days from the date of purchase.
How do I file a Little Landings warranty claim?
Email support@littlelandings.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, your shipping address, and — for play mat claims — the number of tiles affected.
What if my Little Landings mat arrives damaged?
Contact Little Landings Customer Care within 7 days of receiving a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement.
Does the Little Landings warranty cover film peeling off the tile?
Yes — film separation from the foam tile is a manufacturing defect covered under the 365-day warranty. Discontinue use of the affected tile immediately and submit a claim to support@littlelandings.com.
